"The Berlinage Residency is about exploring the city. Individually and together, in lonely walks and guided tours. Its about meeting people and places. In expert talks and random conversations. It’s about finding an aspect that fascinates you and expressing it in art – adding your personal piece to the Berlin Collage.
The Berlinage Residency is about sharing – sharing space, time and ideas with each other and – in an exhibition – with the public.
The Berlinage Residency is about creating your own personal vision that you have known for long or visit for the first time.
It is about transforming the shared space into a big walk-in sculpture in which we will invite the city – to look at itself through the eyes of visiting artists."
